Terms of Service

By accessing or using Growth OS, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business or organization you represent. You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to act for that business. If you do not agree, do not use Growth OS.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying Expert Publishing of suspected unauthorized access.

You may connect only advertising accounts, stores, analytics properties, and other services that you are lawfully authorized to access. You are responsible for obtaining any client, employer, or account-owner approval needed to connect an account and process its data through Growth OS. Do not provide more access than the requested workflow requires.

Growth OS may be used for legitimate internal business analytics, reporting, dashboards, performance analysis, and other features that Expert Publishing makes available. You must use the service in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and your agreements with connected platforms.

You must not, and must not help another person to:

• Access data, accounts, clients, or systems without lawful authorization.
• Upload malware, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls.
• Share passwords, access tokens, API keys, or reviewer credentials through unauthorized channels.
• Use Growth OS to violate privacy, advertising, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.
• Misrepresent identity, authority, results, or the source of data.
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly authorized.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
• Use platform data for consumer profiling, surveillance, discrimination, or purposes prohibited by the connected platform.

Growth OS interoperates with services operated by third parties. Those services are not controlled by Expert Publishing, and their availability, data, permissions, and behavior may change. You must follow all terms and policies that apply to accounts you connect, including the Meta Terms (opens in a new tab) and Google Terms (opens in a new tab) where applicable. Growth OS does not grant you rights to use a third party's service or data beyond the rights that third party and the relevant account owner provide.

Expert Publishing and its licensors own Growth OS, including its software, design, documentation, and service-generated technology. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.

As between you and Expert Publishing, you or the relevant client business retain ownership or control of information you provide and platform data you are authorized to use. You grant Expert Publishing the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information to operate, secure, and support Growth OS for you. You represent that you have authority to grant those rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Expert Publishing handles information in Growth OS. The Data Deletion page explains how to disconnect an integration or request deletion.

Growth OS may evolve over time. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or data sources. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party change. You are responsible for reviewing important business decisions against source systems and professional advice rather than relying solely on dashboard output.

You may stop using Growth OS and request account deletion. Expert Publishing may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, nonpayment under a separate applicable order, suspected compromise, legal requirements, risk to other users or systems, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, Growth OS is provided "as is" and "as available." Expert Publishing disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Advertising and commerce data can be delayed, incomplete, attributed differently, or changed by source platforms. Growth OS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or guaranteed business-performance advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Expert Publishing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use Growth OS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
